(a) With the primary goal to increase communication between Student Government and the Student Body, how do you plan to uphold and keep the status of the public record? (b) Briefly explain the working relationship you will have with both The Legislative and the Judicial Branches? (c) You were approached by a student with an inconsistency in the documents, what are the procedures you will take to correct the problem?
(a) Describe the purpose of the blue light and the effect it has on the student body? (b) Recently, a student submitted a grievance regarding a debt to the University of $3,000 for non-payment of tuition and fees; furthermore, he/she has documentation that all financial requirements were 100% satisfied four months prior. What steps would you take as Secretary of Student Welfare to handle this grievance? (c) What procedure would you implement for a complete listing of scholarships and open positions throughout SGA, the community, and the University that are available to all students and how would your department publicize the document.
(a) Explain steps you would take to work with the Presidential Ambassadors to represent FAMU during special university events (i.e. convocation & commencement) and when dignitaries are vesting the campus? (b) Please provide a detailed plan of action for a one day, campus leadership retreat.
(a) What Department of the University will you foster a positive relationship and why? (b) "Be Out Day" is in jeopardy of not being funded this year by the Student Senate. What steps will you take to insure this annual activity will be funded?
(a) A teacher informed a student that he received a poor grade on the latest test. The student requested to see the graded test, but the teacher refuses to let the student see the actual test and instead will just reveal the score. What steps will you take to settle this issue? (b) How will you implement a faculty evaluation system using the current SGA website and how will it be publicized to the student body?
(a) How will you implement student surveys and opinions with the current SGA Website and how will you publicize it? (b) The president instructed you to inform the student body of increase Tuition; the Board of Governors mandated an Audit on the University, and the Board of Trustees meeting on next Friday. How will you communicate this message to the Student Body?
(a) What means would you take to working with members of the legislature, especially those who represent Florida A&M University? (b) A significant amount of students are not satisfied with the annual A&S budget before the Student Senate, what actions would you take to lobby on their behalf? (c) What steps would you take to ensure that the Florida Student Association (FSA) makes the needs of FAMU students a priority before the Florida Board of Governors?
(a) Student are not sure if they can be apart of student government. What avenues can you take to publicize that SGA is for everyone? (b) How will you implement a complete database of all volunteers of SGA? (c) How can you foster a positive relationship with Student Activities PACT organization?
(a) What type of steps would you take to relay concerns of athletes and the Athlete Advisory Board? (b) Please provide a sample newsletter highlighting the current academic accomplishments of various athletes.
(a) How would you work with the Student National Alumni Association to enhance its membership and alumni relations? (b) Please provide a detailed plan of action to do recruitment fairs in the local high schools in Tallahassee. (c) What steps will you take to foster a positive relationship with the University Office of Alumni Affairs?

(b) Provide a detailed plan outlining your day to day operations in the President/Vice President's office (i.e. scheduling, answering phones, and drafting letters).
(a) How can you foster a positive relationship with all departments in SGA (b) The Department of student welfare asked you to assist him/her with testing the blue lights on tomorrow, you had a deadline given to you by the Chief of Staff to finish the lettering board by tomorrow as well. How will you handle this situation to insure your duties are complete?
(a) How can you foster a positive relationship with the University Health Services? (b) Students are not sure what the Health Fee goes towards. Explain in your knowledge what makes up the $59.00 Health Fee and what is this money allocated towards? (c) How can you foster a positive relationship with the Nursing Department, Allied Health, Physical and Occupational Therapy Departments?
